The employees really care about the dogs and seem to like their jobs. I feel a personal connection to the employees when I walk in and they know who my dog is or who I am there to pick up. The scheduling process works well and it is easy to communicate with the staff at any time.
Would love if there was an outdoor space for the dogs.
