more flexible booking / non-booking.
— 2 weeks+ notice of a day not required is extreme, and apparently needs to be done manually / in person. Allowing paid days (no billing interruption’s required) not used in that week to accumulate in reserve for future use (within reasonable limits) as a standard policy rather than by manual exception, would be very much appreciated and might encourage higher booking levels (more days per week)

The staff at Dogtopia are so friendly, approachable, kind, compassionate and helpful. They are great with the dogs. Sonny loves it there and even has a few favourite coaches we’ve noticed We especially love the fact that we can check in anytime using the app or website webcams, it’s nice to watch him play!

All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and are committed to ensuring the safety of the dogs in their care. I like having the live video to be able to check in and see what my dogs are doing.

Offer half days like before.
Give more than two weeks notice of pay hikes. Don’t increase rates more than a small amount.

Friendly staff who appear to really like dogs -all kinds! My dog gets beside herself when she knows she’s going there. If she loves it – they must be good to her.

The staff are amazing with my dog, he is anxious everything we come in, but they make him feel safe and comfortable.
