Staff are positive and space is good
Wish there were Day packages available vs weekly subscriptions. While we heard (twice) about the pack benefits, that model doesn’t work for our family. We will remain as occasional drop in clients – but we’re reminded That means we are the lowest priority. Not a great feeling given we would be loyal users.
Everyone was so friendly there! showed me around helped me download the app so I could see my puppy ! Pick up was easy and my puppy was so exhausted slept all the way home
First and foremost EVERY member of the staff are super in so many ways. Knowledge of their jobs Compassion for the dogs and parents –
OUTSTANDING.
All the extra services makes me feel my four legged family member will be happy and feel like it is their second home
So yes I will recommend to all my friends who have dogs in their families
We have only done the interview so far but I am amazed on the service and the friendly and kind staff. We are excited to start bringing archie in for day care
