The staff is very affectionate towards the dogs, I like that they play with them and they train them as well.
Firstly the staff are amazing. From when you enter inside the door to when you are leaving. The care and attention to our fur babies is exceptional. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. They treat the animals as if they were their family. The posh salon inside Dogtopia is great. Bear had his spa appointment today and they were great. Thankyou to all of you for making his experience wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Love being able to book things on the app and watch my dog on the webcams! Also love the custom options like treats etc. very impressed so far! And amazing staff here at the Barrie location
The way Theo is loved and cared for while he is at Dogtopia makes our hearts happy He looks forward to his Friday visits. Theo joined Dogtopia in June of 2020 just weeks after it opened and has been going every Friday since.
Dogtopia is Theos home away from home….. his happy place.

The staff is AMAZING! So friendly and so loving to the pups! Couldn’t ask for better service. I was so nervous bringing Mylo at first but it made me feel so much better knowing that I could see him on the camera and know he was safe and having fun! Dogtopia was the best thing we could ask for! Thank you so much!!!!
