For me, having the play area inside is important because my dog overheats very easily.
The webcams are great for checking in to see how she is doing.
Lastly, their added events and interactive activities make the days more fun and provide us with nice momentos.
Have someone stay night and day with the dogs that are boarded. I use petsafe for boarding because I don’t like the idea of leaving my dog alone all night in case there is an emergency. Also, my dog is basically a mutt and not that cute to look at so I don’t feel like she gets the attention the cute dogs get. She follows the human begging for reassurance but is seldom touched.
The facility is clean and the staff is friendly
the staff love dogs and demonstrate their care for the dogs. my dog loves the socialization aspect and always comes home tired and satisfied

We love Dogtopia! They take such great care of our dog. We love their daycare hours, that they do baths and nail trims, and have fun crafts and photos. We would recommend them to anyone!
