Very friendly and focused on helping my dog readjust and be happy
Clean and our dog seems to like being there.
Possibly more structures activities through out the day. Attempts for staff to make additional effort to offer more petting of all dogs, not just a few of them.
My dog and I love love love Dogtopia. They are both professional and kind and my dog comes home happy, healthy, clean and tired!

Friendly staff, ease of app, but also able to call in the morning to get in last minute.
Only thing I would change is maybe more pictures on instagram stories or something to see thru the day bc the cameras are not the easiest to pull up and keep up on the phone!
