Friendliness of the staff.. and their care towards the dogs

I appreciate that there are staff present in the rooms with the dogs. My dog does better with people around being a younger puppy and he did not feel as overwhelmed in a new environment not having played with other dogs before, because a human was present. Also, Dogtopia is more engaging (from an activities, interaction with animals) than what I initially experienced at another doggy daycare.

I also appreciate that the staff are always welcoming and helpful with answering my questions.

I love that my pup gets to socialize with other dogs throughout the day. She comes home worn out and we get to watch her play on their webcam. We want her as socialized as possible, Dogtopia is providing a safe service that allows us the type of socialization we are looking for.

Having a little outdoor spot for overnight boarders would be great!

My Frenchie Charlotte has been attending Dogtopia’s daycare services since she was a pup. Everyone has been so wonderful to her from the moment she hits the door until the moment she leaves. Skylor has been her favorite coach and she gets so excited when she sees her and we say that is her favorite person. We appreciate her so much!

Koda loves it! That is all we need to know. We have not taken him lately due to his horrible allergy breakout. He see vets at UT Vet this week for allergy testing. We are hoping for answers/solutions.
