The staff are extremely kind and friendly. The facility is new and clean. The ability to check on your dog by webcam is very reassuring. It is easy to make appointments with the app. I know that my dog is being well cared for in a safe environment.
Engaged staff
I like that the dogs are monitored all the time and i like that you can pull them up on the web cam and see what your dog is doing.I like that you make them take naps in the early afternoon so they can rest a little bit.I think Doodles really liked your place
Every staff member was so polite and encouraging to me. Such a nice customer service. I am very hopeful that my dog will do well at Dogtopia.
