Being able to watch my grand-dog have fun in the “Toybox” room. She was very happy and had a great day

Someone is there to watch the dogs. The dogs are in separate areas based on size. I feel that my dog is safe in this environment.

Did a meet and greet the other day. My dog was placed on a 14-day probationary. Not sure what exactly that means as far as his behavior? Also he is a French bulldog and running continuously without encouraging a break or anything he was panting very heavily when I picked him up his ears were all pink inside clearly he needed a break besides the nap time break. This breed has breathing problems which is where I’m coming from with concern.

I love Dogtopia…. But even more importantly…. Rosie loves Dogtopia

We feel confident our dogs are in good hands. They cannot run away, they have plenty of interaction and playtime. They are fed their own food and can take their own blankets. Plus we have two dogs and Dogtopia takes care of them.

I like that the floors are rubberized for my older Dog. I like that the dogs are split up into smaller groups with skilled coaches, rather that a large room with too many dogs and not enough employees. I like that the dogs get a time to rest in their own kennel. I like that you take this time to clean the play area. I like that your webcams are clear enough to see my dog when I check in on them.

The gals that greeted us were very friendly and accommodating. It was fun to get a tour of the place and see the dogs interacting with each other. We’ll definitely be back
