I love all the people I encounter upfront.
Viewing the camera view, I find the people who work the room do a great job of what can become tedious.
The location is fairly good for me,

All the dogs I seen entering were excited to be there. They willingly left their owners without hesitation. The employees greeted each dog by name. They were well monitored during open play. I only wish they would have been further separated by weight. There is a huge difference between puppies and full grown dogs at 35 pounds.

The people working there are very friendly. I like the fact that I can check in on my dog via the cameras.

We love it here. We love how the staff genuinely loves our Hamilton. It’s just a bit expensive for boarding.
