I’ve only used this service twice, but it already feels like a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff interactions I’ve had have been positive, and the communication during orientation was excellent. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend it.

Kind staff

There are so many reasons I am pleased with him being there, I could never mention all of them. I’ll start with the staff…they are friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to really care about the dogs and owners. I also send food with him and my dishes come back, cleaned up, and not all a mess. That shows you care about us owners too, we don’t have messy dishes to clean.

I love that I can watch him on the phone when he’s with you.

And one of the most important ones is… he has a wonderful time! He comes home and sleeps for about 6 hours straight!!!
I can get things done here at home that I don’t really need his help for, but he thinks I do!

The confidence in knowing my pet is cared for.

It’s easy to use the app to make reservations and the staff is wonderful!

JAX IS SOCIALIZED, VERY BUSY AND LOVES HIS SCHOOL, HSI FAVORITE DAYS ARE MONDAYS AND WEDNSDAYS.THEYARE THE ONLY TIMES HE DOES NOT LOOK BACK FOR ME. HE LOOVES ALL OF THE STAFF AND WE DO TOO!!! WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT EVERYONE, YOU ARE ALL LOVED AND THE BEST!!

There are a number of things I love about Dogtopia. I trust the staff at Dogtopia to take great care of Bruce Wayne every time he comes in – whether for daycare or boarding. It also helps that staff are very knowledgeable and kind. It is very clear that my dog feels the same way as he whines if I don’t get him out of the car fast enough for drop-off in the mornings. I love the activities and the convenience of grooming services. I have and continue to recommend Dogtopia to other dog moms and dads.
