I love the atmosphere & the cleanliness & the staff was very welcoming. When I took my puppy for his meet & greet I thought I might be able to spend some time to observe for an hour or so & then take him home. I wasn’t expecting to leave him & thought the person in the room provide some comfort & attention to him since he was the newest & smallest & youngest puppy in the room. The other dogs were used to the routine & atmosphere. But what I watched was him anxiously running around the room following the person & looking really stressed & overwhelmed by the other dogs. He was left to kind of fend for himself & ended up sitting alone. I realize this was his first visit but I thought an introductory period seems like it might have made it less scary for him. He was shaking when I picked him up & it took some time to calm him down. I don’t think it was a very positive experience for him at such a young age. I may wait to take him back when he’s a little bigger & more mature.
Great staff. My energetic half-Golden half-Lab mix is always tuckered out from how much fun he has, and our experiences with boarding and daycare have both been great!
Dogtopia is amazing! They do so many fun events for the pups and the staff is so great—you can really tell they love the dogs! I love having access to the webcam to check on my little guy and see him having a blast while I’m away. Having onsite spa services is so convenient too! Being able to drop him off for a day (or a weekend) and pick up with a fresh bath is the best!
Easy to enroll, easy to schedule daycare, get to check in via web cam during the day. Dog has so much fun!!!

How well you take care of my dog. Always friendly and glad to be of service. Besides my dog loves going. She gets so excited knowing where she’s going. I don’t tell her anymore cause she hard to live with. It’s so much fun to see the look on her face when she figures out where she’s at.
I feel very confident of Nicole and her team to give “Frankie” the care and attention while she’s there. No concerns at all and would highly recommend.
