Everyone is so friendly & their facility is so clean. My dogs love it there! I am very satisfied!

My dog loves daycare and the staff are very kind to the animals. I think the billing practices could be improved. There is often confusion among the staff as to billing, and if a bill is wrong, the policy is they do not refund they give a credit which I think is wrong. I also think there should be a window for pickup on the last day of boarding where you do not get charged for a dull day of boarding if you pick up your dog early enough. I have never boarded my dog somewhere and had to pay for a full boarding day on pick up until coming to dogtopia.

The staff were super friendly and very professional. I was traveling in the Canton area and needed a place to doggie day care my 4 yr old Goldendoodle. Highly recommend this location of Dogtopia!

Very happy with bathing. We have 3 dogs, 2 of them had toenails cut and were ok, the third one bled all the way home and for about an hour until I got it stopped. His back toenails were cut way to short.

My dog loves it here. I love being able to watch her on the cameras. The staff is very patient with all my questions as I tend to be a helicoptor dog mom. I feel my puppy is safe, loved, and protected while she is here. When I bring her home we have the best evenings as she has gotten the exercise she needs and is very happy.
