The owner of the Bethesda location was so rude and condescending that I will never return to this location. I got a call from a number I didn’t recognize with someone claiming to work for dogtopia saying my account had a balance and asked for my credit card. When I told them I didn’t feel comfortable just giving my credit card over the phone without an invoice he handed the phone to the manager who was incredibly aggressive, rude. His first line was “hello young lady.” I am a 37 yo woman, not a young lady. Before letting me speak he rudely told me “we do this for a living.” Was rude, condescending, would not listen to my concerns of just giving my credit card over the phone, treated me like a child. Then lied that my nanny “refused to pay” for a prior appt which was not true. My husband called him and then he lied to him about our conversation and treated him with respect. I was about to spend a lot of money to board my dog here consistently. After experiencing this misogynistic, dishonest and disrespectful owner I will NEVER return

Be more clear about what constitutes a “half day” of boarding. You are open from 7 am to 7 pm, which would make it seem that half a day would be 6 hours. But when we told the gentleman at the desk that we wanted to drop off our dog at 9:30 am, he seemed uncertain but told us that our half day would end at noon. This didn’t seem right.

Friendly and warm staff and a very happy dog!!

People are lovely and kind to our dog and I always feel like he is taken care of, which is most important. Lack of outdoor space or time is a built in limitation however.

The initial meet and greet was a little hectic and fast.

Outdoor exercise space will be great.

Professionalism, enthusiasm, convenient location.

The best part of Dogtopia is that I can see my presides dog. They take great care of our dogs
