The Staff is amazing when caring for my dog. She is always happy to go to daycare and disappointed to leave. I have boarded her at this facility as well and this was once of my best boarding experiences. I love that I am able to see her on the camera and if I have any concerns when watching the camera I can always call and they are happy to answer my concerns.

Prompt responses, reasonable prices, my dog is well loved there.

Caring, loving staff!

Ease of drop off/pick up, friendly staff. My dog pushes
on the door to enter and immediately tries to get to the back……if she’s happy, I’m happy!
We have been clients of Dogtopia Bethesda since soon after they opened and have never had a problem.
Management/staff have gone above and beyond a few times to help me out in a crunch.

Really appreciate the care and attention our dog receives. Mikhail, Ali, Lauren and the rest of the team truly are happy to see and spend time with our dog.

Very professional

Our dog really enjoys his weekly day care visits at Dogtopia Bethesda. He is always very excited to play with his dog-friends and happy to see the staff. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and caring, the management very professional and accommodating, always flexible when we need to change or reschedule the date of a visit. If the space where our dog plays had natural light that would make it a perfect 10, but we know this is beyond the control of the management at this location. Most importantly, our dog has a great time!

The Dogtopia Bethesda staff are wonderful! They genuinely care about the dogs in their care and are quick to address any concerns. I never worry when dropping my dog off at daycare because I know the staff will take care of her. The facility is always clean.

Good friendly service. The nice gentleman who trimmed max’s nails cut them nice and short. And max emerged happy.
