Would be nice if your center was bigger when it’s busy thd big dog room is crowded small outside

More proactive communication about things like last minute closures, kennel cough cases, etc. would be appreciated. But everything else is wonderful, my dog loves coming here and the staff is so nice.

The team at Birmingham Dogtopia is the best and I wouldn’t leave our dog anywhere else. They love the dogs like their owners do and are constantly planning fun paw-ties as they call them. “Dogtopia” is one of the words Winston knows and when we say it, he runs to the door and stands under his leash ready to go! Thanks for everything Birmingham DT Team!

We love Dogtopia! Our dog Stella was a covid puppy so getting to socialize her in an environment we trust is just the best! She always has fun and the staff is so patient and do a great job. I am always greeted with a smile and they are great communicating at how she did. I wouldn’t want my dog to stay anywhere else.

Employees are very kind, personable and share a love for animals. My dog had such an amazing and fun filled first day at Dogtopia Birmingham!He can’t wait to go back!

Everyone is always friendly and treats Autumn very well. Autumn is shy and they are really patient with her.

The staff is so welcoming and loves all over our dog, including keeping her at the front desk with them part of the day as she loves the people more than the pups! Thank you for taking such good care of Lucy when she is with you.
