Friendly staff. Nyx, who groomed my dog Punky did a fabulous job. What’s more she listened to my concerns, answered questions, and also asked me specfic questions about the grooming I expected for my dog. Very pleased!
You were so accommodating! I just started to bring my dog and needed to get established quickly. You made it work with my work schedule and travel plans. And Pooka seemed like he had such a good time.

Price only. The work was good but your price is higher than I have ever paid for grooming. Other than that, nonissues at all. The work was well done and my dog was well treated. He looks great. Andrew was careful and communicated very well with me.
We did our Meet and Greet and the staff was all so wonderful!
Even though everything was fine and in order at the location, the website information was not updated correctly. I also got a message that my appointment was at 12:00 am on Monday.

We are located southwest of Minneapolis, near the 494 and 100 intersection off of Normandale Blvd and W. 84th street. We are in the same parking lot as Poor Richard’s and Bloomington Lifetime Fitness.
