Dogtopia fits our needs perfectly. My dog is reactive and shy around strangers, and Dogtopia has been very accommodating to work around her needs and give her a home away from home. My dog loves the staff and gets very excited to go daycare now. She comes home fulfilled after playing with her friends all day. It is nice to be able to watch the webcam to see how my do is doing throughout the day as well.

We love the way the staff love our dog. They get to know him and are genuinely excited to see him. Their philosophy of being a pack leader vs just supervising has made us feel so comfortable leaving our dog, knowing they will mitigate anything that may escalate ASAP.

The staff at Dogtopia are exceedingly professional, friendly, and all around enthusiastic. I feel very safe with my dog going there and that someone always has an eye on him. I really like the little report cards they provide.
I know my dog has an amazing time with Dogtopia, too. He ALWAYS gets super excited when he figures out that we’re going, he gives them loud enthusiastic ArrwooooOOOOOH’s when he gets inside, and when he gets home he is ready to pass the floof out.
Their pricing options are fantastic. Their facilities are exceptionally well maintained. Their screening process for dogs is thorough and friendly, (no worries about an ill tempered pooch accidentally getting into the mix and causing trouble.)
I’ve used other doggie day cares in the past, and while those have merrits too, Dogtopia is “paws down” my favorite.
My dog can exercise leash free with other dogs
They love to be with the other dogs, always go enthusiastically. They come home good and tired.
I also love the services, the shampoos, brush-outs, nail trimming. Employees know their names every time we come. Great place!

We are located southwest of Minneapolis, near the 494 and 100 intersection off of Normandale Blvd and W. 84th street. We are in the same parking lot as Poor Richard’s and Bloomington Lifetime Fitness.
