Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who were extremely happy to accommodate my request for daycare. I was also informed about payment package options. I very much appreciate the flexibility of booking full day care on any day for the following week, and the day I came in to inquire I was asked if I needed care for that day which is really great that same day services are offered. Love that they are flexible for drop off time, 11am – 5pm suits us as my dog has separation anxiety so this 6 hour time frame works well for us. We love the facilities as I know our dog is well taken care of and in a safe environment . It’s great they group small dogs in one room and larger dogs in another. And of course the webcam is wonderful to see how our is baby is doing throughout the day 🙂 Definitely 10 stars!!

Every time we come for daycare , my cockerpoo is greeted by all the staff in such a warm and welcoming manner . They all call her name and pet her. Jazz has separation anxiety and will cry uncontrollably when left alone . However, she is happy and excited to go to Dogtopia where she has all her friends . This gives me peace of mind knowing that she is happy , having fun and is cared and loved by everyone.
She also goes for grooming and Tara spends time to help her relax while she gives Jazz her personalized stylish cut. She always looks fab !
We love Dogtopia they are like family to us !
