My puppy Milo attend day care twice per week and from the minute we arrive, we’re greeted with a friendly hello and a warm welcome! Milo is very comfortable with all the staff, he is well cared for and loved and at the end of each visit, I’m provided a summary of his stay, without even requesting. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia in Bloor West to anyone!!

I am always pleased with the warm reception and courtesy that I receive from reception when calling to make an appointment for my poodle Hector’s grooming. The staff are equally as nice and welcoming on arrival. Hector’s groomer Sarah is fantastic. She is very professional and accommodating to Hector’s needs. I know Hector is in good hands when leaving it to Sarah’s expert grooming and gentle approach.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, ability to see my puppy on video, sorting of dogs by sizes.

The booking app is terrific. We use both daycare and nail trim services. I always get the day and time I request for appointments and the staff are so accommodating.
