Smells great, super competent staff, video of doggy all day, my doggy smelled better at pick up than when I dropped him off

Availability of Dog groomers could improve. Some times I call to make an appointment and the receptionist notifies me that “the dog groomer has not given us her availability for next week yet”
Most often groomers only work during the day. There are no evening or weekend appointments and I have to take a day off work to get his haircut. Knowing their availability in advance is helpful.
Friendly Staff, I like that there are cameras so I can check in on my dog as well
