You care so much and treat our furry friends so well

Every time we come for daycare , my cockerpoo is greeted by all the staff in such a warm and welcoming manner . They all call her name and pet her. Jazz has separation anxiety and will cry uncontrollably when left alone . However, she is happy and excited to go to Dogtopia where she has all her friends . This gives me peace of mind knowing that she is happy , having fun and is cared and loved by everyone.
She also goes for grooming and Tara spends time to help her relax while she gives Jazz her personalized stylish cut. She always looks fab !
We love Dogtopia they are like family to us !

My puppy Milo attend day care twice per week and from the minute we arrive, we’re greeted with a friendly hello and a warm welcome! Milo is very comfortable with all the staff, he is well cared for and loved and at the end of each visit, I’m provided a summary of his stay, without even requesting. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia in Bloor West to anyone!!

I am always pleased with the warm reception and courtesy that I receive from reception when calling to make an appointment for my poodle Hector’s grooming. The staff are equally as nice and welcoming on arrival. Hector’s groomer Sarah is fantastic. She is very professional and accommodating to Hector’s needs. I know Hector is in good hands when leaving it to Sarah’s expert grooming and gentle approach.
