Friendly and knowledgeable staff, ability to see my puppy on video, sorting of dogs by sizes.
The booking app is terrific. We use both daycare and nail trim services. I always get the day and time I request for appointments and the staff are so accommodating.

1-As a first time customer it would be nice to get some feedback on how my dogs first days went.
2- a tour of the facility would also be ideal.
3-Also curious what type of cleaning products are used on the floor when accidents happen bc when I bring home my dog her feet do have an unpleasant urine odour. Is it possible to use a product that is a natural disinfectant that smells nice?
The staff are amazing and my dogs love going. I love that they can go to day care & get spa services.
