There is nothing I don’t like. What I do like is:
– Customer service is excellent
– I am reassured that my dog is cared for to the best of abilities
– I leave confident that my dog will be in good hands
– When I pick u my dog, I am given a review of his stay, how he behaved, his temperament, which tells me that my dog is well taken care of.

Availability of Dog groomers could improve. Some times I call to make an appointment and the receptionist notifies me that “the dog groomer has not given us her availability for next week yet”
Most often groomers only work during the day. There are no evening or weekend appointments and I have to take a day off work to get his haircut. Knowing their availability in advance is helpful.
Friendly Staff, I like that there are cameras so I can check in on my dog as well
