I gave a rating of 8 because this was our first time at Dogtopia. While everything went well, my dog has not yet had an overnight stay.
In addition, there was a strong scent throughout the facility. While it did not bother me, it did trigger a migraine in my son.
Staff is amazing. They are supportive and knowledgeable:) Most importantly made my puppy Chase feel welcone
I love that my fur baby loves spending time at Dogtopia Brampton. Having a person in the room with the dogs, playing with them is amazing. And of course the webcams allow me to enjoy the experience with my fur baby.
The team at dogtopia in Brampton is awesome. They take care of the puppies really well and my pup lives going there every week.
We love bringing our Great Dane here. He gets to socialize and play with other dogs in a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are amazing – super friendly and accommodating. We recently had an incident where our dog was injured (not at daycare!) and the staff were so helpful and caring and helped us get him back into dog daycare once he was healed. I would highly recommend dogtopia to anyone. They have a Webcam that allows you to watch your dog when they are there…. and I 100% have seen our dog getting hugs throughout the day. We love it!

The atmosphere is great for dogs to interact safely and comfortably. They have lots of fun with all the activities and playing together. Our Frenchie loves his days at Dogtopia and is so excited for his days there.
