One suggestion would be a proper wipe down of all pets using unscented wipes when their owners pick them up. That being said Dogtopia is a wonderful place for my pup with friendly staff members who genuinely seem to like him!

I love the staff and feel like my dog is well cared for here. Everyone is always so kind and it’s clear that they care for each and every dog in there. I love seeing them get excited when my pup comes in and it really feels like they build a connection with the dogs and it’s not just a job.

Penney and Lacey both love it.

I love everything about Dogtopia. There are many options for treats available and events that I’m excited to have him participate in. He is loving the other puppies that he gets to socialize with and can’t wait to get in the door when I bring him. The staff are all so friendly and I feel confident he is in good hands. It takes all the boredom at home and brings so much fun and happiness to my puppy. So glad I found Dogtopia.

We love the place and our dogs always have fun. The staff is wonderful and we love all the theme days.

More toys/obstacles in the rooms would be cool like advertised in the commercials. Don’t see the staff engaging with our dogs like they say they do in the ads as well. Floors are always wet and lots of dogs in crates. They don’t teach them things like they also say they do in the ads.

Dogtopia has helped our dogs socialize tremendously though and we do love the place and will keep going.

Someone is always there to meet us when we arrive. Rex struts down the hallway jumping with excitement every time we drop him off. It’s a great feeling knowing I am leaving him for the day with people that treat them like their own
