Amazing staff! On top of daily communication when my pup visits! Great info on events and activities for our dogs! Always look forward to bringing my pup to Dogtopia!
I love how friendly the staff is towards us as a family and especially our dog. They are so welcoming and accommodating, and were very supportive when we were going through a difficult time. Our dog absolutely loves going and being with her best furry friends. She is soooo happy there.
The employees are always happy to see us and our dogs. Many times the manager has come out to chat and has always given good advice. My dog is always tired after her play time so I know she hasn’t been sitting in a corner all day. The staff are engaging when I look through the camera to check on my dog. It is always clean and it never smells “doggy” in the reception area.
Prompt, honest, and takes good care of the dogs.
