Friendly staff, clean facilities but most importantly the dogs are well cared for.
The feedback (report card) was adorable, and it was nice to have an idea of what my pup’s experience was like.
The rates are reasonable, staff was friendly (4 legged variety included) and the groom was well done.
The staff are very kind .I like the fact that the dogs are in classrooms according to size .The fact that grooming can be done right on site is very helpful

I like that you offer everything we need for our dog, whether it’s daycare, boarding or even a spa day ! Also being as flexible and accommodating as you are is amazing!
Staff is friendly and honest. Instead of just taking your money and ruining your dog, they evaluate to make sure your dog will be a fit and benefit from the experience.
We did the puppy preschool. Having more access to view the dogs and what they are learning throughout the day instead of them being in the training room would be nice. More communication around what skills are being worked on each week and some written report card as to how they did on each skill (maybe homework on what they need to work on and how to do that at home). Over all the staff was friendly, and accommodating, the venue was clean and our dogs enjoyed going! It would be nice to offer some smaller group daycare 3/4 dogs for those dogs that aren’t good in a room of 15+ dogs. Over all we were happy but we are unsure if we will return due to the large amount of dogs in each daycare room as we know his doesn’t work for our dogs!
Staff are very friendly and always give me feedback about my dogs stay. My dog loves going to Dogtopia, she seems very happy!
