Staff always ready to help

The staff are very welcoming and I trust them with my pet.

As I have mentioned in all other survey’s it would be nice for the staff to have more interaction with the dogs. Perhaps have something for the dogs to play with other than two benches for them to climb on.

Dogtopia has a perfect solution for our situation as we are trying to socialize our Bugg, Bella. She was shy at first but after the 2nd visit she is all in and happy. Thank you very much for the awesome doggy daycare!

We love having this service available to us and our pooch loves going to Dogtopia. She comes home tired, which is generally our goal. The last time we were at Dogtopia, the odor in the lobby and likely in the back where the dogs were was very strong. I hadn’t noticed this before.

Lastly, I know there have been issue with fleas and puppy warts at this particular Dogtopia. I have heard through word of mouth. I would like to see more transparency on these contagious issues so that I can make an informed decision to bring my dog that ay or not. I am told that a phone call goes out to owners however, I myself have never been contacted.

Friendly staff, they really care about our pets. The camera is what differentiate Dotopia with other providers. The fact we can log on and check out babies anytime we want is great peace of mind.
