Friendly staff that treat my dog very well and update me if anything happens during the day. He is always excited to go to daycare and see his friends!

Organized, clean, friendly!

The team were super friendly, and were able to answer all my questions and put my mind at easy about leaving my dog with them. They clearly have a passion for the welfare of all the dogs that attended

The way the staff receives my dogs is super fast but also very warm. And that they also report to me everything that happens to them.

I can tell how much you all care about our pups. Mabel is so happy when I watch her in the cameras. You all and the other puppies have made her so confident in big group dog settings plus who doesn’t love a tired dog

We absolutely love Dogtopia. The staff are amazing and always so happy to see our puppy come in.
The in house grooming is phenomenal as well and makes things so much easier and prices are very reasonable.
The groomers are very good at what they do!

We love when we get little tokens like dog of the week picture or the I love daycare picture we got on his 15th day of daycare.
We also love we can check in on the cameras whenever we want.
10/10 would recommend Dogtopia Douglas Glen.

More staff interaction with the dogs. The dogs seem bored a lot of the time. Maybe put some more equipment in the rooms for play.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and easy to deal with. Our dog Sport absolutely loves going to daycare! He will be 12 years old in April and still enjoys the mental and physical stimulation from the dogs and staff. Sport does his happy dance as soon as I tell him that we are going to see his ‘puppies’. Thank you so much!
