My puppy is always so excited to arrive and greet the wonderful front desk staff.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. Josie loves attending doggy daycare and is “dog tired” when she gets home.

The drop off and pick up times are fantastic since I work on the opposite side of the city. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions. My dog loves going and is absolutely exhausted at the end of the day which makes me happy.

Always ready to take in dog if there is room

I would love it if my dog was able to get outside a couple times a day. He loves going and socializing with the other dogs but he would benefit from being outside and having a bit more space to run and play.

The staff are amazing ! They really care about the dogs and treat them so well. I love that sleep overs are an option for the dogs, and I really love the fact that the dogs are all separated into different rooms depending on their size.

I think you should offer more individual play or training sessions again.

Our little dog stayed for 10 days with Dogtopia and I believe enjoyed her time there. She’s come back happy, and very tired. Given she is an older dog and has a few health issues, we opted for a private suite for her to rest well at night. This was a great option! We especially appreciated that there were no extra costs to give her the medications she’s currently on each day, including eye drops. The staff also made sure to put a cone on her at night, as requested (to prevent her from licking herself, which she tends to do at night).

Our only concern is that our pup came back quite covered in urine (on her paws, lower body and face). This has been a repeat from previous boarding stays, so we’re not sure if it’s her urine or other dogs. We did schedule a grooming session on her last day, which was cancelled by the groomers.
