I like how friendly the staff is and how I can be well assured my pup is taken care of! My pup gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot and can’t wait to visit her furry friends as well as her human friends!
Friendly and accommodating.
Great team, webcams, photos and special event days. Facility is clean and was recently renovated. We appreciate the team members who are always pleasant and care about our dogs. We hope that Dogtopia will consider discounting multiple dogs from the same household. Although we understand the reasons behind the recent price increase, it was a bit steep.

The staff is so friendly. Dogs are put in appropriate rooms for their size & temperament. Also they are given a “break” if things are getting too rambunctious. My dog loves it here!

The device upon arrival was great. The front staff were very nice, and explained how everything works. I was a little disappointed to discover that the dogs are essentially left on their own for most of the day. While watching the webcam, it was apparent that the workers only come in to change water, clean up messed (pee/poop) and intervene during interactions if necessary. For $50/day, it would be great to see some more interaction between the employees and the dogs.
