Friendly staff, my dog is always excited when we arrive and the faculty is clean.
Everyone we worked with was super kind and gave us lots of information. We didn’t feel rushed at all.
The staff is very welcoming and kind, I like that I can check in on the cameras to see how my dog is doing.
Cleanliness and personal attention
I love that the staff have made clover feel comfortable. She’s a very anxious dog with a lot of separation anxiety from me. And every day I drop her off I can tell she’s gonna be okay and that she wants to be there. She loves Dogtopia douglasglen!
Add extra room for dogs with nervous disposition
Not reactive just those that can become anxious or stressed when the environment is too ‘busy’
