Clean environment. Those who work with the dogs are gentle and understand their charges

The flexibility of when I can schedule day care dates.

We like the attentive daycare services and the variety of additional services Dogtopia provides in case I ever need it, such as cooked meals and frozen treats for the pups.

I couldn’t be happier with Dogtopia East Pasadena! From the moment I drop off my dog, I know they’re in great hands. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. My pup comes home happy, tired, and excited for the next visit every single time.

The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for dogs to play and socialize. I also appreciate the regular updates—photos, notes and webcams about my dog’s day give me such peace of mind.

It’s clear they treat every dog like their own, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to trust with my furry family member. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional pet care!

The dogs get such great care. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. This is the best run daycare my dog has been too. The breadth of services offered is a major plus.

I appreciate how attentive everyone is to the needs of the dogs (and the worries of the pet parents)! I have never felt dumb or bad asking a question about my dog and her experience. I feel very cared for and supported by the staff, and I know my dog does too.

I love that the hours are Convenient , Over night stays available, spa on site, friendly staff and a Happy, tired Dog.

When we pick up our dog from day care, at times she smells REALLY bad. I’ve asked that her paws be wiped down prior to her being brought to me and sometimes it is done
Staff need to be trained on how to put a harness on a dog.
