Warm, friendly and caring staff.

Everyone there was very patient with us and our three pups. Our oldest pup (2-1/2 yrs) “failed” his test to get along with others, (he is a person and doesn’t want to be stuck with dogs!) but they encouraged us to give it a try anyway. He spent most of the morning in the corner, but finally came out to sniff a few other dogs later on. We will try again. Our other 2 pups had a great time and were busy meeting all the other dogs. The best thing about them is that they learned that people, other than mom & dad, were actually okay! They even let them pet them – and THAT was progress!! We look forward to bringing them all back to Dogtopia next week.

The entire staff at Dogtopia is extremely warm and welcoming and their LOVE for dogs is very apparent. From the front desk attendants, to the staff and General Manager (Jacks) everyone treats the dogs as their own with plenty of love and hugs and care. My dog has withdrawals any day that he’s not in the company of his Dogtopia family!

The staff was so friendly. They explained everything to me and I felt so at peace leaving Goldie with them. The Pasadena facility is beautiful as well.

I really loved the attention that my pet received while he was adjusting during his evaluation. The staff did an excellent job.

The tour I received was more than what I could have asked for. 20/10 customer service!!

Dusky loves everyone there

My husband and I were very impressed with the service and attention given to all the furbabies there as well as the reasonable pricing.

The interaction with the staff has with the dogs. It keeps the dogs busy and engaged. I feel safe leaving my pet knowing the staff is in constant contact with the dogs.
