Staff customer service, cleanliness of the faciity. My dog attended only one time so I have to see how the activities will work on my pet.

Friendly staff, clean facility, and most importantly the dogs looked happy and relaxed.

Staff are phenomenal! My dog did but want to leave. Plus it’s fun to be able to watch the dogs play via their webcams.

Everything! The staff is warm and personable and- most importantly- you can tell they really care about the doggies. I watch them on the webcams and they are so supportive and loving. I appreciate all the activities they have for the dogs, their clean and modern facilities, the ease of their app, and their special treat add-ons. Ziggy adores Dogtopia and counts down the minutes until he can visit again!

So far happy with all services. Wish there was an outdoor component but that is my only drawback. Otherwise all good.
