All the staff are very friendly, staff knows the dogs, there’s a live cam to check on the dogs, love the reports/updates on the dogs, staff keeps area clean (staff picks up or mops after the dogs go as soon as they spot it).

Everything!!! Everyone that works there is so nice and attentive to the dogs. I also love how easy the app is and that I can check on my dog with the webcams.
my dog loves it at dogtopia! and i do recommend others to come. But sometimes it seems there are too many dogs for only 1 staff member to be in the room at a time. Also, I worry about boarding my dog overnight with no one staying on site overnight with the dogs. If an emergency happens, it may be too late to do anything since there’s no one on site.
