Our well-trained Canine Coaches are constantly engaging daycare dogs in activity, which helps keep their energy high and boredom low. When you pick up your pup, they will feel extra tired from a full day of fun – something many pet parents can appreciate.

You can enroll in our weekly wellness plans, which offer flexibility and a range of benefits. The more pups consistently attend daycare, the more comfortable they feel, as dogs crave structure and routine. To learn about your pup’s progress, we have Pet Parent Check-Ins, where you can meet one-on-one with our management team to hear about your pup’s days and set goals. Daycare pups also take home periodic report cards outlining their behavior and who they socialized with during the day. In addition, we have private in-house training available for those pups that need a little extra guidance.

Leaving on a trip? We have overnight boarding where your pup will have the fun of play during the day with our daycare dogs and receive care and rest during the night. For their stay, we have both home-style crates and private suite options which pet parents pick from, with our suites often a popular choice for siblings or larger dogs.

Your pup will never be bored with our full assortment of fun-filled activities including pet picture days, agility courses, races, crafts and more! Our Canine Coaches have been trained to manage playrooms and lead the pups in engaging but safe play to ensure your pup has the best day ever! In the middle of the day we have a lunch break, and our kitchen cooks up a menu of weekly dishes such as chicken and salmon bowls.

Get your pup fresh and tidy with our spa services that include baths, tooth brushing, anal gland expressions and nail trimming. This “relaxation break” is always a hit and leaves pups looking like a million bones. Our services, which are also open to non-enrolled guests, include extra pampering like blueberry facials and fresh dog cologne.

Each time you need to request daycare, spa services or boarding, you can conveniently schedule it all through our app. Plus you can peek into our playrooms through our webcams, which stream to the app during play hours.

Health and safety are a top priority at our location, which is why each dog that enters our facility must pass our Meet & Greet. This is an evaluation conducted by our team of experts that helps us ensure an off-leash, open-play environment suits your pup. It is also a chance for us to show you and your furry friend around our facility and answer any questions you may have – we want this to be a worthwhile experience for everyone involved!

During the Meet & Greet, we will perform a snout-to-tail evaluation and an overall wellness check. To reenact a typical stay at our facility, we will bring in some staff to see how your pup interacts with them, we will test their level of comfort in our home-style crates, and will organize a controlled mini-play area with other dogs to determine how well they get along with other dogs.

In addition to our observations, we will confirm that each dog is up-to-date on their vaccinations, such as Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. If you don’t have their records on you, we can always give your vet a call. We also ensure that puppies must be at least 12 weeks old (and vaccinated), while dogs seven months and older must be spayed/neutered.

STELLAR CLEANLINESS AND SANITIZATION

A clean space is important to us at Dogtopia of Upland, which is why we have taken significant measures in our playrooms to prioritize your pup’s health and wellness. The flooring our dogs play on is a compressed rubber material, which, compared to cement or gravel, better supports long-term hip, joint, and paw health. In addition, we have separated our playrooms with floor-to-ceiling soundproof walls instead of fencing to prevent and contain any possible doggie airborne viruses from spreading; it also helps our dogs focus on one another rather than their furry neighbors.

Our powerful HVAC system pulls out air and pumps in filtered air so that each dog room has a complete cycle of air every 20 minutes.  We have also equipped UV-filtered HVAC systems in each playroom to help take care of bacteria while keeping the air fresh and circulating. Coupled with our room fans, each playroom feels as fresh as the outdoors.

Our team disinfects surfaces and equipment multiple times a day using pet-safe cleaning products, which we also have on hand to quickly take care of any doggie accidents that may happen during playtime. Our cleaning protocols are backed by Dogtopia’s Environmental Biologist and Veterinary Scientist, making us the only national dog daycare brand with this distinction. We are located at the Northwest corner of Baseline Avenue and Upland Hills Drive North, just east of Campus Avenue, and are down the street from the Upland Hills Country Club. Our neighbors include the Butter Café and Bakery, Roundin’ 3rd, and the PetTime Animal Hospital. There is plenty of parking in front of our store, and space for easy drop-offs and pick-ups.

The community of Upland is important to us, as we have relationships with the Upland Chamber of Commerce, the Pet Time Animal Hospital and a number of local businesses with whom we partner.
