Wonderful staff!
Very good customer service. Staff is great!
The pleasant attitude of the personnel, their obvious care for the dogs.
First, my dog loves to go. She shows no resistance when I drop her off. Next, she is watched all day by another human. Third, I can see her playing on the webcam. Then more importantly she exercises and plays with other vaccinated dogs. Every week there are new treats or new activities she can participate in. They open early and close late. The staff are well trained, hard working and love my girl. Oh yah, the facility is spotless! I can’t exercise my dog as much as she needs, so Dogtopia is a life saver for my very active doogie, literally.

The staff is very friendly. The only downside is that there is not an outdoor potty area which I feel confuses the dogs to go potty indoors there or be forced to hold it for long period of time because they won’t go indoors. The facility is nice and clean and for the short time I had my dog there, she loved it.

I like that the day is structured and there are different activities for the dogs and that my pup gets the opportunity to practice a new skill weekly. I also appreciate the live video footage so I can check up on him periodically.
The newsletter and photos are such a nice personal touch as well and I appreciate that I get updates about everything that’s going on at Dogtopia.
I love Dogtopia, because my dog loves Dogtopia. My dog is a high energy dog who works out on the treadmill there, plays with his friends, and loves all the workers too. I love that we can watch on the webcam online. I can say that Dogtopia is one of my easiest payments of the week. My dog comes home at the end of the day exhausted ( no easy feet for a 11 month old german shorthaired pointer.
Pros: I like that the place is clean and roomy. They have various activities for the dogs. They’re open early and stay open until the evening.
Cons: The dogs are in crates from 11:30-2:00 pm. That seems a little too much to me. The cams are frequently out.
