EVERYTHING Staff is amazing, helpful just plain fun for my dog Dash. Dash gets so excited to go to daycare that she knows that is where we are going before we pull in the parking lot. Dash had a seizure one day at Dogtopia and she could have not been in better hands. As you can imagine I was anxious about the seizure but the staff was calm, collective and did all the right things. I check on Dash thru the website and the staff is always engaging with all the dogs. I made a great choice bringing my Dash to Dogtopia in Upland.

Everyone is very nice and our dog loves to be there

I really wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs to play. I understand I was told that it’s a liability but it would be nice for them to get some fresh air. I also wish there was a designated area for them to go potty outside instead of inside wherever they please. Not sure how that would happen but it would be nice. Last, I’m not sure if there’s a specific reason for this but I have yet to see any of the people who watch over them in the playrooms give any kind of affection towards the pups. My dog in particular loves affection so I know she would love that if they did it. The staff is great though and the facility is nice. So far we love it.

Dogs are kept in an opened area with supervision. My dog loves going to play with her friends. When I tell her, “Come, we’re going to Dogtopia” she begins her happy dance! The staff are kind and friendly. The facility is very clean.
