Friendly, clean, boys love it, cameras, group play
Dogtopia is a clean facility that provides a variety of activities for dogs. I like that they have cams so you can watch your dog during the day. The staff is very caring.
Clean, friendly staff (honestly what spoke to me when I was there for my first meet and greet was how the staff saw the dogs and trainers walking up and radioing in by name).
There’s a lot to name, but it’s evident that everyone enjoys being there, and the fact they are willing to work with the dog owners speaks volumes to me.
And, my dog always comes back pooped. Nothing beats that!
The person in the Toybox was vey attentive from what I noticed on the webcam. She immediately cleaned up after the dogs. As a worried dog mom I do appreciate the webcam. Seems to be a fully transparent doggie daycare. I also love that they have themed events.
You are always very accommodating
Friendly and caring staff, prompt responses to messages, the Webcam, grooming services on site, and the special food items and activities. I also enjoy the newsletter.
The staff is great, knowledgeable and worked with my dog who is anxious around others. Went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for while there. Cant recommend them enough.
