Our dog rusty gets so excited going to Dogtopia. The staff is friendly and is excited to see Rusty. We enjoy being able to watch him play with the cameras.
Super friendly staff! Everyone knows my dog’s by name, help us stay aware of any health concerns, and are always happy to help with appointments, services, etc.

I base my reaction on how my dog responds when we drop him off and pick him up. He is excited when he arrives and happy when we pick him up. That tells me he is being treated well.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, but I especially like the fact that the staff seems to really understand dogs and care about dogs.
