Good service.

Puppy had fun and was very tired from play. Yay!

Ability to have my pup play all day.

When our dog comes in, she goes right to the front desk who are as excited to see her as she is to see them. When she leaves, we go through the same process. Luna has many best friends in her room as well. She is social and loves all the activity in her room. So as the expression goes,”if she is happy, Mama is happy”. Dogtopia staff responds well to any requests we have when she boards there. The staff makes it easy for us to take our dog to daycare and to board her there. They also have a sprinkler system and safety measures in place if a fire occurs which is reassuring as well. Not all kennels and canine daycare facilities have this.

The staff seem to be understanding of my dog’s idiosyncrasies and seem patient with him. Also, staff/business is flexible/accommodating of my schedule needs

It’s more the setting than anything. I wish it had an outdoor space.

I judge boarding/day care based on my dogs reaction. He is excited to come there so I know things must be good. I’ve had him at other establishments and he would try to stay in car and would cling to me when dropped off. None of that takes place when I drop him off at Dogtopia

My dog is happy to be there.

After not having been at the facility for over a year, (for what I consider to be a very good reason) my dog had to be re-evaluated. After a short period of time, I was told that he neither passed nor failed his re-evaluation BUT, I am being given the opportunity to have him re-evaluated once more. I do appreciate that.
The present staff (that I came in contact with) appear to love what they do!
