The staff is always helpful and they take great care of our dog and other dogs that go there.

We are very happy with Dogtopia and the care that Maxine receives for her occasional daycare visits and overnight boardings. We have recommended Dogtopia to several neighbors. HOWEVER…on several occasions when we have come in on the weekend (like today 5/13), the daycare attendant needs to cage every dog in order to come out and speak with us (or another client), then return to the daycare room and let them back out again. Until the next client comes in and thay all get temporarily caged again. Seems like this could occur many many times during the day. This is unfair to both the attendant and the dogs. Adding additonal (PT?) staff on the weekend would prevent this and certainly be both more efficient and provide better care for your client pets. Appreicate you considering this feedback. We will continue to use Dogtopia but will have concerns about this issue until we see changes. Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

The employees are very welcoming and answered any questions that I had. The place is kept very clean and the dogs seem to be happy there.
