Was concerned when I dropped my pup off at 845 am that there was only one person taking care of all dogs and doing sign ins as well. It was his first day of full daycare and big dogs were in with small dogs

I assumed that additional staff member comes in at 9 but it was worrying.

He seemed fine when I picked him up

Associates are friendly and professional and take great care of my dog.

Clear communication and super accommodating

While we have not boarded our dog yet, the staff I spoke with explained all of my questions well.

I know the policies that have been implemented are from management of the entire Dogtopia corporation but for some of us who don’t work a set schedule sometimes I use Dogtopia four times a week and sometimes maybe only once or twice a week
Sometimes I might board her for three days but not put her in for daycare again till the following week.
For me, the passes worked best in terms of convenience Economy.
I would like to see some type of pass return.
I also would like if there were some kind of training sessions available although I know personal is difficult to get.

I love how caring and knowledgeable the staff is. I feel confident that my dogs are in good hands while at Dogtopia.

I took my dog for his first grooming and haircut at Dogtopia the other day. I picked him up from daycare completely satisfied.

The new plan/pricing structure hinders flexiblity and accommodations for dog parents with fictuationg work schedules.

My wife and I were impressed with Dogtopia, and are very likely to use your services to assist with our dog’s care.

I was slightly surprised to learn that the 3 areas were split by energy levels rather than size. I can see the reasoning behind it, but our dog is so small that a very placid large dog is still likely to worry him.

It won’t change out attitude to the idea, but it’s not what I was expecting.

We look forward to bringing Jackson back.

I love Dogtopia in Cherry hill. I feel like they know all their dogs really well!! My dog is so excited to go there each week and play with her friends.
One thing is that I do not like is the new payment policy of choosing how many days per week you will go instead of just a package to purchase. This doesn’t work well with my ever-changing schedule. I feel like it’s costing me more money than it did before and that does turn me off to the company a bit.
