Super friendly and knowledgable staff. I love being able to watch my pup in the Toybox. He seems to be enjoying his time there so far which has been 2, half days.

I love the open play concept Dogtopia uses. I feel like they get to have fun while we’re away so they aren’t focusing on us not being there. Nap times are great so they can take a break and not get overstimulated. I love how we can also check in with them on the webcams, especially when we’re really missing them! Friendly staff who really care about our dogs really helps ease our anxiety about leaving them. All around great place. Love the new manager!

We love this place and so does our Great Dane, Finn. The people are very attentive starting with Sara at the front desk. We’ve been taking Dinnjere for over 4 years and will continue to.

I’m overall satisfied. I’ve been using Dogtopia for about a year or more. So, a lot of my comments are all encompassing over time. There have been at least three times that the scheduled bath was not done during a boarding stay. The “system” needs to be fixed…because the request is done online, but the communication goes manually from the front desk to whomever is working the spa. This is a flawed system. There have been other times that they do everything but do not clip the dew claws and they get too long…even though I’m paying for them to be done. I have witnessed right in front of my eyes, two times by two separate staff members this scenario: My dog resists going through the doors, sits or lays down and the staff member(s) pull like hell on the leash starting to drag her by her neck…before I intervene, while my dog is not on her feet. She is almost 15…This is lack of training and education.
