Team is friendly, owner is involved in business and cares about customers (the humans and the dogs!). Our dog (Titan) loves going – which is the best sign that the care he receives and the way he spends his time there are top notch and fun!
When we (humans) make mistakes (forget to make a boarding reservation, made the boarding reservation but forgot the food at drop off….) the team is incredibly kind and if they are able to help, they do! They always try – “NO” is not the default answer at Dogtopia.
Finally – Dogtopia of Clarksville has the BEST dog groomer ever!

Good Customer service towards humans & dogs. My dog is always happy to go there! He pulls on his leash to get in.
I think my dog’s excitement to go get groomed each time speaks for itself! They’re friendly, they do a fantastic job making him clean and presentable, they deal with his sassiness and I feel like they genuinely care and love all the dogs that they see.

I have been bringing my dog to Dogtopia for the past 4 years. Monthly grooming
and occasionally doggie day care. Naturally my pup is excited to see me when its pickup time, but I am confident he is well cared for. There is also a monitor to view your pup and all the other pups running around or just resting.
The staff is friendly and surprise, they seem to really like their jobs and DOGS!
Recently Lori, the groomer found a small lump under my dogs neck. Had she not found it I doubt that I would have noticed it till it was bigger. Yes it turned out to be cancerous, and my dog had emergency surgery. He is well on the road to recovery. Thank you Lori.

There’s plenty of parking, including handicap access for clients, both human and two-legged.
