My dog is excited to come and then excited to come home. Staff is helpful and friendly. Drop off has never been easier.
The environment is clean and fresh. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I am a nurse and try to have a smile on my face for patients. I know there are times that I struggle. So I know it must be a struggle, as well, with caring for people’s pets but the staff always have a smile! The webcam is comforting and I love the scheduled nap time!
Everything…I love watching Einstein on the Web Cams. The people who watch over the dogs keep them behaving with each other. He’s had baths and the groomer did a great job on his nails. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful.
There’s so many friends and craft projects! And spa days! We love it!

I really appreciate Dogtopia. How well they seem to care about the dogs and the services they provide. They are very studious about a clean facility and making sure the dogs are in good health. I have had my dog groomed by them as well and he came out like a new dog. They are well organized and the whole staff is friendly and courteous.
