generally have had good experiences there. We only use it for occasional boarding for our travel.
Although this week when I picked up my dog she was happy but had a bad cough. within the next 24 hours she was at the vet very ill requiring fluids and antibiotics. Very lethargic and having a hard time breathing.
The staff is really caring and loving towards the dogs in their care. They are engaged with them in the play areas.
The facility is very clean and is run efficiently (as far as I can see).
We love the photos and crafts/activities that are available throughout the month as well.
A very friendly staff and I know my dog is always well taken care of while in their care!

Personable, friendly, genuine love for dogs. The associates have commented on bunny, making a friend or how she played every time we have visited so I know they’re really paying attention.
Several reasons. I like the fact that the facility is clean and well-kept – and never smells! I also appreciate several “coaches” are always in the respective rooms, with the dogs, at all times. At drop off, (or pick up) I am always greeted warmly. Lastly, the web cams are awesome!
