I seem to have alot of problems with the web cam
We like the convenience of the location in downtown Columbus, and the ability to drop our pup off early. Most of all we like all of the people who work there as they are very nice,cordial, best of all, they take great care of all the pups.
The groomer was very nice. She took time to explain her service before starting the grooming, and afterwards she explained why she did certain things.
Lovely staff and ease of drop off/pickup.
Everyone at this location is very warm and professional. I know my dog is safe and well taken care of here.
