Great opportunity for our dog, Yogi to mingle On watching video of Toy Room, would be nice to see staff interact with dogs in room.
There are newer people now.
But the employees know my dogs name. The events they do with the dogs were more in depth when I first started bringing him.
They are friendly. Care about the dogs and how they are doing. Including pet parents.
Their environment seems better than camp bow wow and petsmart. Who are more aggressive with animals in their care.
Now they are a bit messy with the pictures kinda just looks like they try to put the dog in scene don’t really care if they are looking or not. Which sucks for being charged for a digital pic.
I do understand how busy and all the changes once they announced Alyssa was leaving. Then I saw almost the entire staff has also changed.
Sometimes I wonder if the mop is really clean in the play room. My dog has been coming home smelling like urine these past few months also.
It would be helpful to have feedback on how my dog does during the day…any good/bad interactions; noticable behaviors; if he has had bowel movements, etc.
Thanks for asking!
So kind and great with my pup. Make me feel comfortable with leaving him in their care!
You’re organized
Quincy only goes once a week because we’re a little far from Downtown. But I love every time we walk in the staff always have great big smiles on their faces like they are legit so happy to see Quincy. When we pick her up from a day of fun, she is wiped out.
The staff and how considerate, professional their positive interaction with the dogs and pet parents. The communication via social media, written and face-to-face. The location is important as it is close to work, freeway and central city activities. Availability of grooming and boarding services, pop up activities, specialty dog treats. Doggy activities to keep pooches engaged. Lots of fun, good care and safe monitoring of dogs throughout the day and week. My pup loves it and that says it all.
The staff is wonderful with the animals and fur parents.
Rudy is so excited in the morning when we get to the Main Street exit. He sits up and stares straight ahead until we get to your building! Lol. I try to get his attention, he won’t turn and look my way. I guess he needs to be sure I don’t miss it.

We like that there are many social activities for our pup during any given month. We sign up for an average of 5 or 6 events a month. We also feel that our pup is well cared for in a very caring environment. We are very pleased with our pup’s socialization and he is always excited when it’s time to go to daycare.
